How do matches work?

Every mode is strictly Team Men versus Team Women. Live Battle pairs two simultaneously connected opposite-team players for an 8-question server-timed match with 10 seconds per question. Only accepted, server-finalized Live Battle results affect weekly totals. Daily Tussle has separate standings; Direct Challenge, Nearby Party, Recorded Rival, and Practice Bot results do not affect weekly totals.

Is my rival a real person?

A Recorded Rival is a real player's validated prior performance on the same questions, but that player is not currently connected. TUSSLE labels this before and after the match. If no eligible run is available, the computer-controlled fallback is clearly labeled Practice Bot.

When does the weekly war reset?

The winning team is declared every Sunday at 7:00 AM Eastern Time. The global score, leaderboards, and weekly personal scores all reset Monday at 12:00 AM Eastern, starting a fresh week.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up or social login. If you allow online play, TUSSLE creates a pseudonymous hosted player identifier and noneditable tag (such as PLAYER8K2M4Q7Z) for competition features. Offline Practice Bot and Nearby Party remain available without contacting the hosted gameplay service.

How do I sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Allow online play and sign both devices into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled. TUSSLE can use limited private iCloud key-value sync for your own values such as team choice and weekly score. Hosted competitive identities and records are separate, and Apple controls the timing of private cross-device propagation.

How do I delete my data?

In TUSSLE, open Privacy & Online Play and choose Delete My Hosted TUSSLE Data. After the server confirms deletion, the App clears local gameplay data and requests removal of private iCloud gameplay/settings keys. Legacy public CloudKit records from prerelease or TestFlight builds require a separate Email Support request. If you no longer have the original device, email us; a public tag alone may not be enough to prove ownership. See Privacy and Data Deletion for the complete process.

Does TUSSLE show ads or sell anything?

No. TUSSLE has no advertising or purchase interface and includes no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

What is Nearby Party?

Nearby Party is a separate local peer-to-peer mode for people together in the same room. Both Team Men and Team Women must be represented. TUSSLE requests local-network access only when you enter the feature and uses noneditable PLAYER ### aliases instead of device names.

Sound isn't playing?

Check the speaker icon on the main menu (top right) isn't muted, and check your device's silent switch — TUSSLE respects it.
